The Award is an acknowledgement of achievements that women around the globe have made in supporting and inspiring women and girls. The nominees share their passion, experiences, expertise, talent and skills.  They are restless, anxious to change the status quo and push boundaries, to build social connections, establish friendships, support each other and build communities.  We celebrate the generous dedication of women helping other women in the hopes of inspiring others to do the same.
